Ingrediants: Sago (Sabudana), Crushed Groundnuts, Sugar, Desi Ghee, Salt, Green Chilli, Cumin Seeds etc. How to use:
1) Mix the entire Sabudana Khichadi Ready-Mix with 150 ml of warm water (Mix 1½ cup of contents with 1 cup of warm water).
2) Soak it for 5 minutes, stir the contents well and cover it. Keep aside for 1.5 hours.
3) Pour 2-3 tbsp of ghee in a fry pan and add the mixture to it. Allow it to cook on a low flame while stirring gently, cover it for a while (do not cover the Khichadi for a long time as it can make it sticky).
For Microwave : Follow steps 1 & 2 as above. Add 2 tbsp ghee to the Ready-Mix & cook in a microwave for 2 mins, stir well & again cook in microwave for 2 mins.
